Can I switch from my existing service?
Absolutely. We welcome all other service users with open arms. You can either switch completely over, or use Voxtopia on top of your current service provider. To transfer your phone number from an old service to Voxtopia, please send us an email request.
Do I need to download an app or any software to use your service?
You can use Voxtopia with any mobile phone on any carrier. There are no software or hardware requirements to use our service. Simply dial the local number we give you & connect to anywhere in the world. As an optional component, you can download a free desktop app to use with Voxtopia.
How can Voxtopia save me money?

Do I need a computer to use Voxtopia?
No. You can make and receive calls using any mobile or landline telephone.
Is there an annual contract?
No, there is no term-commitment. You may cancel your service at any time.
What is the minimum subscription term period?
For our monthly plans it is one month. If you aren’t satisfied with the service simply cancel any time.
When calling other parties, do they also need Voxtopia?
No. Using Voxtopia you can call any phone, anywhere.
How does the sound quality compare to my current phone?
You’ll find the quality is as good, if not better! Because calls are transmitted and received digitally over the Internet,the quality may very well exceed what you’re currently getting.
Can I use Voxtopia from anywhere in the world?
Yes, your Voxtopia account provides you with complete portability. You can access Voxtopia from anywhere in the world & from any phone.
How do you bill calling destinations that are not included in my plan?
We bill calls on a per minute basis, rounding up to the next whole minute. There is no minimum call duration.
Are calls made through Voxtopia secure?
Yes, all calls through Voxtopia’s VoIP network are secure. We believe in maintaining your privacy & won’t sell your information to third parties without your consent.
Where is Voxtopia available?
Voxtopia is currently only available in the United States.
Is there an activation fee?

How are payments done?
Payments are made securely using High Grade 256 bit SSL encryption through Authorize.net. Your monthly charge is automatically debited from your credit card on file on the first of every month.
